I wonder what are the uses of pattern mining for covid analyses and covid prediction? could someone give me some ideas?

Yes, of course.

If you want to analyze the genome of the COVID 19, it is possible. The data of many strains is public and can be downloaded.

In my research team, we have used the SPMF software to apply various pattern mining algorithm to analyze COVID genome sequences.
