I dont know if you guys are watching the Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial that is all over the internet these days. It is quite crazy and I dont know who will win. OK so what is the relationship with Artificial Intelligence? Well I am wondering if we could have an intelligent judge or some intelligent lawyers using machine learning to fight each other in court hahaha... That sounds like a crazy idea? but lets just imagine... What do you think?

If we put justice into the hands of artificial intelligence, I think it is a bad idea.
On one hand, humans may be biased, but AI also... There has been researchers showing in the news that some machine learning models can be biased due to training data for example... some models can be racists etc. So I think AI in justice is something dangerous. It is just my opinion though. Maybe something good could come out of this and i am wrong.

I would tend to agree with this. Bias is a problem in AI.

I do not agree. I think a well done AI could maybe be less biased than a human. If it is well engineered and checked by humans it can be ok. also we are moving towards explainable AI...
