What I should do when an algorithm like PrefixSpan runs out of memory?
I have been doing some tests with PrefixSpan on my dataset. But for some threshold the memory can get a bit high. What should I do? Any suggestions?

Could someone help me understand in what situation I should use a sequential rule mining algorithm or a sequential pattern mining algorithm? It seems that the input is almost the same between these tasks.

That is not OK. It is called the self-plagiarism. Yes you read that right. You may face a problem because you copy your own text rather than copying the text of other people. So be careful about that. It is better to always not copy text from any other papers and try to rewrite in your idea or cite ...

HI FARMY, From the sayings around by some friends, I think it is harder if you dont come from an English speaking country or a more western country. At my institute, almost everyone is doing NLP (natural language processing) and image/video processing these days. I find this depressing. There are many other things to do research on.

How about the CIKM conference? Is it a good conference that is reputable and recommended?
