Plagiarism in research papers
I got a paper rejected due to high similarity with my previous paper. I thought that reusing text from my on paper is ok. Is that normal? Do i need to rewrite definitions?

I think you need you do a PhD only if you like research because otherwise It is not worth to spend many years and money for that. many people give up before completing it

The advances are at a high pace in artificial Intelligence. I think in 15 years we can have some computers that can write complex programs, write songs, etc.
